I trained with Iain for six weeks and could not recommend him enough. He sat down with me at the start to discuss my goals and take measurements and put together a fitness regime for me to follow alongside training with him twice a week. My main goal was to lose body fat as I didn’t feel happy with my body. In just six weeks he really helped transform my appearance and build strength, I went from having never lifted any weight to lifting over 80kg and shed 11% body fat! He has a really high importance on form and pushes you to your limits every session! I can honestly say I have never felt or looked as well as I do now and I truly believe I owe it to Iain, I wouldn’t of been able to do this without him!

I started training with Iain because I wanted to get some help with getting in to shape and start a healthier lifestyle but needed someone to push me to do so. I was meant to only have a few PT lessons to get started but I was so satisfied with Iain’s sessions that I’ve been his client for almost two years now.
I enjoy going to the gym and training has always been a part of my life but the problem I have is that I don’t really know what to do when I’m there and I also get bored quite easily. Iain is great at coming up with new exercises and he always adapts and changes the sessions to keep it fun and interesting.
